This Insurance is underwritten by Optimum Underwriting Ltd on behalf of
Groupama Insurance Company Ltd which was formed by the merger of
Gan, Minster and Lombard insurance companies. They insure one million
people worldwide and in th UK employ 1200 staff generating a revenue of
£1/2 billion. The company can trace its origions to 1840 and has become a

24 Hour Emergency Assistance
Firstassist Emergency Service provides immediate help in the event of an
insured persons illness or injury arising outside their Country of usual residence.
They provide a 24 hour multi-lingual emergency service 365 days a year.

All claims are handled through Claims International based in Croyden Surrey.
With many years experience in claims handling they are experts in their field.
