Who requires a Visa?
You will require a visa to enter into Australia unless you
are a New Zealand passport holder or you are continuing your
journey within 8 hours of arrival, hold a valid onward ticket
and you are not leaving the transit lounge.
Please note that:
All Australian Visas have to be obtained prior to departure.
You will not be able to board your aircraft without a valid
visa/ETA and passports/travel documents;

Time required to issue visas:
All Australian Visas Are granted at the discretion of the
Australian Department Of Immigration A Citizenship (DIAC)
and deemed upon the individuals application. However, based
on our experience and should your application not encounter
any unexpected issues we have listed a guideline below as
Tourist Visa ETA - issued in 24 hours
Working Holiday Visa - issued in 48 hours
Six and twelve months tourist visa - issued in 5-10 working
These times may be subject to change in periods of high demand.
Cancellations and Refunds
The Australian DIAC run a no refund policy on all Australian
Visas as they charge for work done and not per granted visa,
it is therefore important that should you wish to cancel your
visa application with Visas Australia Ltd that you contact
us immediately to prevent any unnecessary cost being incurred.
Once an application for an Australian Tourist visa has been
made by us with DIAC we are unable to reimburse you the visa
It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct
information required for your requested visa at the time of
your intended departure. Visas Australia Ltd cannot be held
responsable for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry
due to incorrect visa information. though every effort will
be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure,
no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect
information being supplied at the time of issue. we strongly
recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against
your passport and personal information prior to departure
